Yellow cheese made from cow's milk

TERTER is yellow cheese with a light amber color, tight and thick consistency, with delicate milky and buttery taste. If you want to enjoy in full the pronounced taste of TERTER, we recommend accompanying this yellow cheese with young fruity Merlot or with white wine.
Each kilogram yellow cheese requires about ten liters fresh cow's milk.
